Write Brain was founded by me, Tim Lafferty. I spent almost twenty years working in senior marketing roles on brands including The Wall Street Journal Europe and wsj.com, BusinessWeek, Financial News and Reader’s Digest. One frustration I had was finding a good copywriter, so quite often I ended up doing it myself. Now I can do it for you. Why? Because I can help you communicate the benefits of your brands to sell more.
I’m also passionate about creative writing, especially performance writing. I write plays and screenplays and am also currently working on a novel.
What’s really cool is when I can bring my love of business writing and performance writing together, for example in speeches or videos.
What I enjoy about all these forms of writing is seeing what reaction is provoked. Whether it’s click throughs on an email, testimonials from customers or an audience reaction, that’s how I get my kicks. What kind of reaction are you looking for?
